What farming standards do your farms have?
All of our farms and vendors follow similar natural and sustainable farming practice, raise happy and healthy animals, and produce food that is chemical-free, GMO-free, soy-free, antibiotic-free, and hormone-free.
Do I need a membership to purchase your products?
Yes, we are a members-only organization and only sell our high-quality products to active members.
Many of our products are made-to-order and not available in stores.
When will my membership become effective?
Your Miller’s Biodiversity Farm Membership is effective immediately upon signing the membership contract AND payment of the membership fee.
Once I become a member, how do I purchase products?
You will receive a welcome email a few minutes after you complete the membership process. It will include ways to connect with our Miller’s Bio Farm community and how to purchase our farm fresh food. Please note that account activation is needed for ordering, which can take up to 24 hours.
Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership at any time. However, if you cancel mid-term, we do not prorate membership fees.
Can I get a refund for my membership?
Sorry, no refunds.
When will my membership automatically renew?
For your convenience, your farm membership automatically renews every year, on the same date that you purchased it. Don’t worry, we’ll give you a heads up before your renewal date.
